PostNord TPL is Bokusgruppen's new logistics partner
PostNord TPL, the market leader in the Nordic region, is entering into an agreement with Bokusgruppen. When the need arose to change its logistics solution, Bokusgruppen’s solution was to enter into a long-term, strategic partnership with PostNord TPL.
PostNord TPL's solid knowledge and experience in automation and e-commerce mirrors Bokusgruppen's needs. The assignment includes an automated facility owned by Bokusgruppen, which will be moved to TPL's warehouse in Norrköping in the spring. Commissioning is expected to take place as early as May this year.
– Our expertise and knowledge in e-commerce can meet Bokusgruppen's need to grow in its market. PostNord TPL is a long-term logistics partner that supports customers with complex logistics needs, and this was crucial when Bokusgruppen chose its logistics partner. Something that makes us very proud, says Daniel Eriksson, Regional Manager Region East at PostNord TPL.
Bokusgruppen has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 2 billion and is one of Sweden's leading booksellers. The business consists of Akademibokhandeln's physical stores and e-commerce, as well as Bokus’ e-commerce and the subscription service Bokus Play. The collaboration with PostNord TPL concerns e-commerce in both Akademibokhandeln and Bokus.
– Offering well-functioning and competitive delivery options is crucial for a successful e-commerce business. We have great confidence in PostNord TPL's expertise and experience and believe they are the right partner for us to achieve our long-term goals, says Sara Hildingsson, Head of Logistics and E-Commerce at Bokusgruppen.
