Sail Racing, ACG and PostNord TPL – all together in one seamless flow
What happens when warehouses, logistics, and print production operate side by side in the same building, and within the same process? For Sail Racing, the answer has been a faster, smarter, and more sustainable delivery experience where every step is optimized to create value all the way to the customer.
At our logistics facility in Landvetter, PostNord TPL’s logistics solutions and ACG’s expertise in print and refinement work together under one roof. The result is an integrated flow where special orders and profiling materials are handled with high precision, short lead times, and minimal friction.
– As soon as an order requiring refinement is registered, it is prioritized directly in our system. Garments are then transported to ACG for printing – without unnecessary intermediaries or transportation. Once the refinement is completed, PostNord TPL takes over for final packaging, inventory management, and distribution all the way to the end customer, says Maria Olsson, Business Developer at PostNord TPL.
This creates more than just efficient processes. It creates an entirely different level of movement in the delivery chain.
– The future of logistics and delivery is about speed, without compromising quality. The flow depends on everything working together. By bringing logistics, refinement, and distribution together under one roof, we can create a solution that is both faster and more sustainable, while giving Sail Racing and its customers worldwide greater value, says Patrik Berglund, Head of Sales at ACG.
By bringing these competencies together in one location, Sail Racing has gained a solution that combines speed, flexibility, and sustainability in a way that is measurable both operationally and in the customer experience. Shorter lead times, fewer transports, and closer collaborate between all parties mean that customized products can reach the market faster and more seamlessly than before.
For customers, this means a delivery that can be felt from start to finish. For Sail Racing, it means a stronger brand and increased value throughout the entire customer journey.
– Having inventory and printing in the same location has not only made our handling more efficient – we have also improved the customer experience. It has been a collaboration that has benefited both us and our customers, says Christoffer Iveslätt, Head of E-Commerce at Sail Racing.
Sometimes innovation is not about adding more steps. It is about making everything work closer together.
